• Active Social Worker license in Michigan
• Proven experience delivering social work services in school settings
• Ability to assess student needs and develop targeted interventions
• Talent for building rapport with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Provide individual and group counseling to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with teachers and administration to develop strategies that support academic and personal growth
• Advocate for student needs, connecting families with relevant community and school resources
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with school policies and legal requirements
