The Campus-Wide Supervisor is responsible for developing relationships with youth in the residential and independent living programs. The Campus Wide Supervisor must understand safety plans and major triggers for each youth as well as possess strong de-escalation techniques and coping strategies for youth. The Campus Wide Supervisor is required to develop professional relationships with staff and multidisciplinary treatment teams, identify training needs for existing and new staff, as well as coach, train, and provide clear feedback to staff.
The Campus Wide Supervisor will collaborate with the division leaders and team members on effective implementation of treatment plans and behavior interventions. Adequately completing documentation and reports according to DABSJ policy and procedures along with state and contract requirements is critical. This position will provide clear direction to staff in crisis management situations as well as reassigning staff to address dynamic staffing needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- De-escalation and crisis management across campus.
- Primary decision maker on campus for immediate needs.
- Ensures all documentation and paperwork is accurately completed according to policy and procedure
- Support and model the ongoing implementation of Sanctuary.
