Youth Residential - 3rd Shift

Position Details

Provide quality, youth-centered care that facilitates a safe and successful trajectory for youth/young adults who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Services are provided in a short-term shelter setting and include crisis intervention, screening, assessment, counseling, and case management. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based research.

• Bachelor's degree in Social work or related field.
• Proven experience working with children & family diverse populations required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Flexible availability.
• Ability to work 2nd shift.
• Ability to occasionally work on other shifts for supervision, training, and shift coverage.
• This full-time position is required to work some (not all weekends).
• The schedule follows an A/B rotation:
  • Schedule A: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
  • Schedule B: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

• 3rd Shift and Weekend shift hours will be paid a $1.00 per hour premium above the regular hourly wage.
