ResponsibilitiesYou’ll Support Meaningful Work By:
- Developing emergency response plans (ERPs) across diverse global worksites, ensuring consistency, clarity, and annual updates.
- Implementing enterprise wide threat training programs and response protocols tailored to varied audiences and environments.
- Conducting threat and vulnerability assessments for incidents, workplaces, events, and emerging geopolitical issues.
- Collaborating with law enforcement, EMS/fire, internal partners, and global security teams on preparedness, training, and response.
- Producing actionable intelligence products by synthesizing global security feeds and communicating insights.
- Coaching peers and partners on identifying threat behaviors and determining appropriate responses.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience responding to complex crisis or threat events and coordinating with law enforcement, EMS, and/or fire agencies.
- Experience developing operational emergency response plans.
- Experience serving as an instructor or leading instructors in emergency preparedness.
- Experience briefing senior leaders on and managing large-scale critical incidents.
- Experience coaching peers or subordinates on identifying and responding to threat behaviors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, emergency management, intelligence or general business.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Leadership experience in law enforcement or similar high-stakes environments.
- Experience training diverse audiences on emergency preparedness.
- Experience developing intelligence products.
- Working knowledge of global threat landscapes.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience partnering with cross functional teams.
