• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Hands-on experience building and supporting production software using Node.js, React, and Type Script
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end ownership of features across frontend and backend
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production monitoring
• Knowledge of handling regulated or sensitive data responsibly

• Experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical decisions and trade-offs
• Proven ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Comfort in making architectural decisions and trade-offs
