Job Title
Sr. Data Engineer
LocationHybrid (M-W onsite; Th/Fri remote)
ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate for this role has 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience. Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- 5-7 years of experience in data engineering, focusing on Azure-based solutions.
- Strong experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, and Synapse Analytics.
- Required knowledge in SQL, Python, or Scala for data transformation and scripting.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure Cosmos DB and other Azure data storage solutions.
- Ability to do discovery on existing tools and data flow and recommending data model a plus
- Experience or understanding of working in digital marketing or ecommerce data domain preferred.
