Overview
Job title:
Software Engineer
Looking for a software engineer to develop and stand up out of the box and near out of the box solutions in our Service Now environment. Candidates should have experience with REST APIs, building solutions in Service Now, and be comfortable with doing basic "run" activities with both Service Now. Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript preferred.
Modules that will be worked on include Strategic Portfolio Management/Strategic Planning Workspace (Experience mandatory), Legal Service Delivery (Strong preference), IRM/GRC, and work will happen adjacent to the CMDB.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with a team of fellow developers to implement API integrations
- Fix bugs based on priority defined by your team lead
- Maintain updates on your active user stories within Service Now
- Build and update flows and modules in Service Now
- Attend daily stand up with your team
- Collaborate with our Architect to create solutions to address our challenges
- Be available on call at times for occasional issues that may arise in our systems
Successful candidates will have 4+ years experience with development in Service Now.
