This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Grand Rapids, MI for a CDL Class A Night Reefer Driver. The Driver will be responsible for operating a refrigerated truck to transport and deliver fresh produce safely and efficiently. Day‑to‑day tasks include performing pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, accurately loading and unloading goods, maintaining an organized and well‑kept truck, ensuring timely deliveries to customers, and adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.

Providing excellent customer service during deliveries is also a key aspect of this role.

• Valid CDL Class A Driver’s License and a clean driving record
• Experience operating refrigerated trucks and handling perishable goods
• Familiarity with basic truck maintenance and performing vehicle safety checks
• Good communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients
• Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to delivery schedules
• Physical capability to load, unload and handle goods safely
• Knowledge of traffic rules and regulations, and commitment to safety protocols
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior driving experience is preferred
