• 1+ years experience operating a front end loader or tractor
• Confidence behind the controls of a front‑end loader, skid steer, or tractor
• Ability to operate heavy equipment in tough winter conditions – safely and skillfully
• Take pride in keeping roads, lots, and commercial sites clear and operational

• Operate loaders, skid steers, or tractors to remove and relocate snow at commercial or municipal sites
• Respond quickly to snow events – day or night, snow or sleet
• Work closely with site supervisors and snow teams to execute efficient clearing routes
• Perform pre‑ and post‑operation inspections of equipment

• Proven experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment
• A valid Chauffeurs driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
• Ability to work flexible hours (nights/weekends/holidays as needed)
