class a drivers get home weekly on a dedicated account running il, wi, in and mi. Drivers annual pay is $75-$100k (depending on experience and how hard you work) with full benefits. Additionally there is a $2500 sign on bonus and you can bring a rider and a pet.

drivers are assigned to tractors after completing a 2‑day ride‑along with a current driver. This training is paid at $150 per day.

pay details include:

• starts at $0.82 to $0.85 cpm with $25 per stop and $245 per trailer unload.
• operation in il, wi, in and mi; drivers are home weekly for a minimum of their 34 (exact duration not specified).
• sign‑on bonus of $2500 paid out as follows: $250 after the first load and at 30, 60, 120, and 150 days.
• full benefits commence after 30 days and include medical, dental, 401k, 1 week pto in the first year, and more.
• drivers can bring a rider and a pet as soon as training is complete. Training lasts 2 days and pays $150 per day.

please note that this is 100% driver unload. Driver will place boxes on the conveyor belt and boxes will be stored by store personnel. Driver does not do any unloading from the conveyor belt.

we do not hire any driver that has ever failed or refused a dot drug or alcohol test regardless of whether you have completed sap program.

• minimum 3 months class a driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or otr; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time).
• no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• no major moving violations in the last 12 months.
• no major at‑fault cmv accidents in the last 5 years. This includes any accident that results in an injury, a jack‑knife, or rollover.
• no more than one minor preventable cmv roadway accident in the last 2 years.
• no more than 3 preventable cmv private‑property/yard accidents in the last 2 years.
• can not have more than a total of three major or minor accidents in the last 2 years.
• can not have more than three jobs in the last year.
• if you have been terminated from a previous job for safety, you must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered.
