The Company Driver is responsible for providing reliable and safe driving services to employees, executives, guests, and official errands. The role includes vehicle maintenance, route planning, and adherence to traffic regulations. The driver represents the company with professionalism and ensures efficient and timely transportation support.

• Safely transport employees, executives, clients, and guests to and from designated locations.
• Deliver and collect documents, packages, and other items as directed.
• Operate vehicles in compliance with all local traffic laws and regulations.
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort at all times.

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.
• Ensure vehicles are clean (interior and exterior) and in excellent running condition.
• Schedule regular maintenance and servicing appointments.
• Monitor fuel levels and record mileage and fuel usage.

• Maintain accurate trip logs and vehicle reports (e.g., mileage, fuel consumption, destinations).
• Assist with minor office or logistical tasks as required by the admin team.
• Coordinate closely with Admin or Fleet Officer for route planning and schedules.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Proven driving experience (at least 2-3 years preferred in a corporate or logistics environment).
• Valid professional driver’s license (with restriction codes appropriate for company vehicles).

• Good knowledge of city routes, traffic patterns, and alternate routes.
• Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic mechanical checks.
• Strong time management and punctuality.
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of confidentiality.
