Blackwood Solutions continues to grow, and we are excited to expand our team. We are seeking experienced Class A CDL Support Drivers who take pride in safety, professionalism, and reliable performance.

We are proud to announce that due to continued growth we have immediate openings for an experienced Class A CDL Knuckle Boom/Grapple Operator. Work Schedule away 2 weeks and home on every other weekend. This role will support Michigan and Indiana customers and others as need by our sales team and dispatch.

Requirements and Benefits - Knuckle Boom/Grapple Truck Operators/Drivers must have a Class A CDL with at least one year experience and a strong, clean driving record.
Willing to train the right ideal candidate.

• We pay overtime at time and a half over 40 hours, and we have NO lack of overtime .
• All Class A CDL Knuckle Boom/Grapple Truck Operators/Drivers are Blackwood Solutions company employees. No independent contractors.
• All work-related expenses are covered by Blackwood Solutions.
• Other than safety boots, all required PPE is supplied by the company.
• Late model, well maintained, state-of-the-art equipment.
• Average pay per week is $1,520.00 - $2,300.00+ with overtime.

• Commercial Driving: 1 year (Preferred)
• End Dump/Flatbed: 1 year (Preferred)

• Knuckleboom or heavy equipment experience: 1 year (preferred) but willing to train the ideal candidate.

License/Certification:

• Class A CDL (Required)
