Citation Excel​/XLS​/XLS+ Captain – Part On-Demand

Your mission

• Serve as Captain under Part 91 and Part 135, executing on-demand trips with precision, professionalism, and passenger care.
• Ensure full compliance with FAA regulations covering flight operations, duty/rest limits, and pilot qualifications.
• Adhere to company SOPs and checklists; champion a safety-first mindset and continuous improvement.
• Report and document any aircraft discrepancies identified in flight or on the ground per company procedures.
• Complete administrative tasks assigned by management accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with dispatch and maintenance teams to deliver a seamless, reliable travel experience.
• Operate confidently in domestic and international environments, including Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.

• No accidents, incidents, or warnings within the past five years.
• Thorough knowledge of corporate aviation and international procedures (Canada, Mexico, Caribbean).
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Impeccable professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering a premium passenger experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and clear a comprehensive background check.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Total time: 3,000 hours
• PIC time: 1,500 hours
• Multi-engine: 500 hours
• Type rating: Not required — training provided
• License: ATP (TCCA accepted)
• Medical: Class 1
