CDL A Company Truck Driver Paid Training

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area for a paid mentor program designed to help new drivers build the skills and experience needed for a successful over-the-road career.

You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning the responsibilities of professional truck driving beyond CDL school. After successfully completing the training program, you will transition to your own truck and may earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

What You’ll Do During Training During training, you will work alongside an experienced driver who will help you develop the skills and confidence required to operate independently. Training will include:

Safe driving practices and trip planning

Pickups and deliveries

Pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Communication with dispatch

Daily responsibilities of an over-the-road driver

After successfully completing the mentor program, you will transition to your own truck and begin driving solo on routes originating from or serving the Grand Rapids, Michigan area and other locations as assigned.

What We’re Looking For Valid Class A CDLGraduation from an accredited CDL school

Clean motor vehicle record

Compliance with Department of Transportation qualification requirements

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Safety-focused and dependable work ethic

No previous professional driving experience is required.
