This opportunity is responsible for offering support in a variety of areas around our distribution center, on a part‑time, flexible basis. Picking product, packing product into boxes, assembling products and boxes are a few of the typical tasks that this role will perform. The preferred hours for this shift are 10:30 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:- Accurately and efficiently pick items from batches.
- Become knowledgeable and able to work in Net Suite.
- Properly stock inventory to coordinate with assigned shelves.
- Work collectively with other departments in the distribution center to ensure that all daily responsibilities are fulfilled.
- Work effectively with the distribution center management to eliminate problem areas, notifying management of any mechanical or material issues.
- Identify and suggest improvements within the distribution center work processes.
- Keep area clean, swept, and picked up.
- Positively represent Baudville in all communications.
- Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned by department supervisor.
- Maintain an accuracy rate of 99.87% or better on a monthly basis
- Pick rate of over 200 lines
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with computers
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs on a consistent basis. Up to 50lbs occasionally.
- Ability to be detail oriented
