** 12-hr Night Shift (2-2-3 schedule), 6pm-6:30am
* ** Pay:** $23.50 per hour + $1.00 shift differential

** Position Overview
** H.B. Fuller is hiring a Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. This role involves handling materials, preparing shipments, and maintaining inventory integrity. We’re looking for a reliable team player who takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
** Primary Responsibilities
*** Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
* Transfer products using FIFO inventory method
* Assist with raw material sampling for quality checks
* Store and rotate inventory per company guidelines
* Report any non-conforming products to supervisor
* Load and unload trucks, containers, and bulk tankers
* Accurately prepare and stage customer orders
* Maintain cleanliness and equipment condition in work areas
** Minimum Requirements
*** High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision
* Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems
* Authorized to work in the U.S.
** Preferred Requirements
*** 1+ year experience in warehouse or similar role
* Forklift operation experience
* Knowledge of inventory control procedures
* Ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform physical tasks

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
