Warehouse Lead

Grand Rapids, MI – 1st Shift
$500 - $1000/weekly
Capstone is a North American supply chain solutions partner with more than 650 operating locations, 19,000 associates, and 60,000 carriers. We are looking for a high‑energy, physically‑fit individual to join our logistics team and help drive operational excellence.

• Conduct pre‑shift meetings and stretching exercises
• Perform safety observations and yard marshalling duties
• Support management and coach team members
• Participate in training and maintain open communication with leadership
• Load, unload, and manage pallets and cases on and off trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand methods
• Maintain a specified area to ensure consistent workflow and meet customer expectations

• High‑energy individual with a strong work ethic; able to handle physically demanding work
• Can lift and carry 25‑75 lbs. Materials handled may vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred; but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact positively with customers and delivery personnel
