Warehouse Manager

Pella Windows & Doors is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in our manufacturing environment. You will oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods, ensuring inventory accuracy, safety, and on-time order fulfillment. Responsibilities include supervising and scheduling warehouse staff, optimizing layout and material flow, maintaining equipment, and enforcing OSHA and company safety standards. You'll collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams, use WMS/ERP systems and lean tools to improve efficiency, and help develop team members in a continuous improvement culture.
