Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for someone to join our Accounts Payable team as an Accounts Payable Specialist. If you have 2-3 years of experience in an office setting and are interested in accounting, data entry, and want to have fun at work.

Job Type: Full-Time Hours

Schedule:

Monday - Friday varying shift times, with occasional weekends

Targeted Pay Range: $17.50-21 per hour.

(Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)

Our Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing complex invoices, and vendor management tasks, assist with reconciliation and audit processes, and serve as a point of contact for resolving escalated issues.
