Description:
(AS/OC) Primary point of contact for members, hospitals, doctors, dentists, pharmacists and other healthcare providers; respond to inquiries and request for information about coverage questions. Core responsibilities in member service, administrative support to the IMCare department staff and office administration.
Current Vacancy: 1 Regular, F/T position
Work Hours: The normal work week for full-time employees shall be 40 hours per week, overtime as necessary and approved.
Work Location: Itasca County Health and Human Services Department, Itasca Resource Center, 1209 SE 2nd Ave, Grand Rapids, MN
