JDI Contracts Inc. is looking for a Mechanical Engineer with 5-10 years of process design, equipment fabrication, and construction experience.

The position requires a broad range of design and technical skills across multiple projects. Responsibilities include design, AutoCAD and Solid Works software use, and exposure to electrical, instrumentation, and process disciplines. Project management tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and client deliverables are essential. Additional duties encompass mechanical engineering, sales and marketing support, design engineering, drawing review, issue resolution, field verification, work package management, procurement support, quality assurance, reporting, and task coordination.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Accredited four-year degree in mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD and Solid Works.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Office engineering and field construction experience.
• Familiarity with Primavera and/or Microsoft Project.
• Skid manufacturing experience.
• Integrated project delivery experience.

Certifications:

• EIT and/or PE preferred but not required.

Compensation:

• Salary range from $65K to $110K based on experience and skills.
