Senior High Risk Bank Secrecy Act Analyst

Park State Bank seeks a Senior High Risk Bank Secrecy Act Analyst to strengthen our BSA/AML program and protect our community-focused institution. In this role, you will lead high-risk customer and transaction monitoring, conduct complex investigations, and prepare clear, timely SARs. You will interpret BSA/AML/OFAC regulations, refine risk rating and EDD processes, and advise business partners on high-risk relationships. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will support exams, enhance policies, deliver staff training, and help foster a strong culture of integrity and compliance in a hybrid work environment.
