As the Business Process Manager, Reporting, you will oversee critical business processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting across MMA. Utilizing the MMA Analytics reporting tool, you will work collaboratively with the Business Process team, Data Insights & Reporting Center of Excellence (COE), and various stakeholders to fulfill reporting requirements through efficient, technology-driven processes that align with client services workflows and our agency management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead initiatives in regional and national working groups to define reporting requirements and data standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current workflows, design future processes, and create comprehensive documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to process governance standards for reporting, including change workflows.
Program and Change Management:
  • Manage reporting intake and apply prioritization rules to effectively route requests.
  • Engage in sprint planning and track the status of ongoing reporting requests and enhancements.
  • Facilitate communication across teams to ensure readiness and stability post-releases.
  • Establish strong relationships with representatives, business leaders, and technical teams to address issues and recommend solutions.
Reporting Support and Training:
  • Act as the primary contact for reporting analytics, managing incoming requests and enforcing SLAs.
  • Respond to analytics incidents, coordinating with technical teams for resolution.
  • Deliver customized training programs and maintain user documentation for clarity and consistency.
Process Improvement and Quality Assurance:
  • Employ best practices to identify and rectify inefficiencies while ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Develop controls and KPIs to monitor reporting performance and sustain improvements.
  • Translate feedback into actionable insights to enhance our reporting ecosystem.
Who You Are:

If your background includes:

  • A minimum of 8 years in client-facing operations or professional services within the insurance/brokerage sector, including at least 5 years in process design, operations, or business analysis.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools, along with a strong ability to document and train on business processes.
  • A proven track record in engaging with diverse stakeholders and influencing outcomes without formal authority.
  • Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
