Digital Banking Specialist

Park State Bank is seeking a Digital Banking Specialist to support customers using our online and mobile banking services. In this role, you'll onboard new users, resolve login and transaction issues, educate customers on digital tools, and monitor activity for security and fraud concerns. You'll partner with branch and operations teams to improve digital processes and promote adoption of e-statements, remote deposit, and other services.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, technology, and relationship-focused service in a community banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers to online and mobile banking platforms
• Provide frontline support for digital banking questions and issues
• Troubleshoot login, access, and transaction problems
• Educate customers on features like e-statements and mobile deposit
• Monitor digital activity for security and fraud concerns
• Collaborate with branches and operations to improve digital processes
• Document interactions accurately in CRM and banking systems
• Identify opportunities to increase digital adoption and usage
• Follow compliance, privacy, and information security procedures
• Participate in community-focused and relationship-building initiatives
