Cleaning Technician

This is a full-time, daytime position, Monday to Friday, with 40 hours per week. The role involves cleaning, restoring, and deodorizing contents and property after damage from fire, water, smoke, mold, or sewage. Responsibilities include taking pictures before and after cleaning, loading and inventorying work vehicles, responding to emergencies, assisting with assessments and restoration plans, and communicating with clients and supervisors.

Physical requirements include occasional lifting and constant walking, standing, and working with hands. Travel is primarily local, with some out-of-area and overnight travel expected. The position is entry level, in the construction industry, and involves engineering and IT functions.
