Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Paint Assistant workers for a manufacturing company in Grand Rapids, MN. In this role, you’ll support production operations by moving materials, using equipment, and helping the team meet quality and safety standards. What You’ll Do as a Paint Assistant:

• Manually move products and materials throughout the facility
• Use overhead hoists to transport and position materials
• Work with team members to identify and solve production-related issues
• Maintain a steady pace while meeting quality standards and production deadlines
• Follow all safety procedures, including wearing PPE and reporting hazards
• Attend and participate in company meetings

What You Need to Bring to the Paint Assistant Role:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Understanding of handheld tools such as buffers, grinders, wire brushes, carts, air tools, and overhead hoists
• Forklift experience helpful but not required
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
• Entry-level candidates welcome
