Arrowhead Promotion is seeking seasonal production employees. This role performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass-produce products by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Obtains and sorts products.
- Places parts or pieces in specified relationship to each other.
- Wraps protective material around product.
- Works at different workstations as production needs require.
- Works on line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line.
- Labels containers, container tags, or products.
- Packs special arrangements or selections of product as prescribed by specification sheet and/or supervisor for shipping/mailing per paperwork.
- Palletize bags/tray/cartons for movement to loading area.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Ability to complete job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Qualifications:
Must be able to learn and understand packing, assembly, and mail preparation requirements for mailing/shipping of items. Must maintain a clean, safe work area by keeping it neat and free of clutter. Must display a positive attitude and show a willingness to be a part of a working team. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Skills and Abilities
:
May also be required to learn and operate the following: hand taper, pallet jack, burster, L-bar sealer/heat tunnel, pallet wrapper, taping machine, folder, cold seal packaging system, cardboard baler.
Education and/or
Experience:
Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 7- 3:30pm or 8am - 4:30pm, 40 hours per week.
- This is a seasonal position and is scheduled to be complete by December 18, 2026.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and arms to reach and lift. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50.
