Job Overview
Shift Key enables independent Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs) to bid on per diem shifts posted by a vast network of healthcare facilities. Choose facilities, days, and rates that fit your schedule.
Role Requirements- A high school diploma or GED.
- A valid CNA license in the state of Minnesota.
- Prepare rooms for admissions.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living.
- Document patients’ health issues, vital signs, and report to the Nurse on Duty.
- Assist nursing teams to ensure the highest quality of care is provided.
- Pay Card with next‑day pay or weekly direct deposit.
