St. Croix Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for 7/7 on-call coverage to support end-of-life care for patients in their homes in Minnesota (Grand Rapids area).
The RN handles after-hours visits, admissions, and urgent night/weekend needs, following a rotating 7 days on/7 days off schedule with 5:00 PM–8:00 AM weekdays and weekend shifts. The role requires an active RN license and a compassionate approach to patients and families; starting salary ranges from $73,000 to $94,000
