Provides nursing care of clinical patients of diverse ages in a friendly, team-based environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Current MN LPN or CMA licensure
  • Previous clinic experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills with electronic health record experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Room and assess patients, anticipating appropriate preparation of the patient for the physician visit.
  • Assist the physician with procedures, treatments and charting as necessary.
  • Document vitals, medications, minor surgeries and procedures as well as essential notes in the patient's medical record according to clinic policy.
  • Facilitate communication between patient and physician and provide general clinic information in a professional manner.
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills in order to positively impact the experience of care for our patients, their families and other service partners.

  • Effective listening, observational, reporting, documentation and communication skills.
  • Exemplifies self-direction with good organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced clinic.
  • Ability to adapt resources to the needs of the situation.
Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
