Hourly Rate

Hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Base pay: $16 – $29 per hour.

Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Delivery Associates support the Online Grocery Delivery/Pick‑Up department in Walmart stores. Responsibilities include loading and unloading product from their vehicle, delivering merchandise, and confirming delivery with customers to ensure product satisfaction.
