Our Internet Store - Customer Service Representative supports our e-commerce business by providing excellent customer service and contributing to a visually appealing online shopping experience. This role involves coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure product availability and accurate product information.
Responsibilities- Interact with customers to answer questions and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage product SKU numbers and research product descriptions.
- Ensure products are available and accurately listed in the e-commerce store.
- Select artwork to create a visually appealing shopping experience.
- Coordinate with vendors to arrange shipping and related logistics.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team and business goals.
- Preferably a two-year degree in advertising, graphic design, office administration, or a related field, or 1 year of related work experience.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with ability to research and verify product information.
Job Type: Full-Time Hours
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm
Targeted Pay Range: $15.00–$17.00 per hour. Starting rate varies based on location, experience, and position offered; the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
