• Meeting sales and marketing goals
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Working & communicating effectively with team and customers
• Understanding the loan process and credit analysis
• Ability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings & some holidays

• Closer and negotiator state of mind
• Strong communication skills
• Out of the box thinker – creative
• A proven background in prospecting
• Excellent follow‑up with prospects

• Knowledge of marketing strategies and familiarity with social media platforms

• Salary + commission with potential $100,000+ per year
