Master Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Master Electrician to lead our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical distribution systems and associated equipment.

• Interpret electrical blueprints and schematics to plan and execute projects.

• Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes and safety standards.

• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues using advanced testing tools.

• Supervise and mentor apprentices and journeyman electricians on project tasks.

• Prepare cost estimates and material requisitions for projects.

• Coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure timely project completion.

• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and inspections.

• Implement safety protocols and enforce job site safety measures.

Required Skills & Experience

• Valid Master Electrician License.

• 5-8 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Ability to work independently and lead small teams.

• Proficiency in reading technical diagrams and using diagnostic tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with industrial automation systems (VFDs, PLCs).

• Familiarity with energy-saving solutions and building automation systems.
Knowledge of CMMS software for maintenance tracking.
