Key Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical distribution systems and associated equipment.
• Interpret electrical blueprints and schematics to plan and execute projects.
• Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues using advanced testing tools.
• Supervise and mentor apprentices and journeyman electricians on project tasks.
• Prepare cost estimates and material requisitions for projects.
• Coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and inspections.
• Implement safety protocols and enforce job site safety measures.

Required Skills & Experience
• Valid Master Electrician License.
• 5-8 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work independently and lead small teams.
• Proficiency in reading technical diagrams and using diagnostic tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with industrial automation systems (VFDs, PLCs).
• Familiarity with energy-saving solutions and building automation systems.
Knowledge of CMMS software for maintenance tracking.
