What you bring:

A solid work ethic, honesty, and accountability. Good communication skills—you talk with the team, not at them. A high school diploma/GED. Restoration, construction, or related experience—definitely a plus but not required. IICRC certifications? Even better! A valid driver's license and willingness for on-call shifts. Physical readiness for activity: think moving up to 100 lbs (with help), climbing ladders, working in attics/tight spaces, working with your hands, and handling repetitive tasks.

Schedule:

Full-time, between the hours of 7AM–7PM (Mon–Fri), minimum 40hrs/week. Expect evenings, occasional weekends, and local travel—with occasional out-of-area work.

Physical demands:
Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional up to 100 lbs (assisted), working overhead, in confined spaces, utilizing SERVPRO Solvents, hand tools and on feet all day.
