Junior Sales Support

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support by answering calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Attend to visitors by responding to doorbells and guiding them to the relevant personnel.
• Manage and replenish pantry supplies and office stationery to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Apply for necessary export certifications and maintain accurate records to track certification timelines.
• Oversee the preparation, packaging, and dispatch of product samples to customers, including tracking deliveries to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with other departments to offer assistance based on workload and priority needs.

• Diploma or Certification in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and export processes is an advantage.
