We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Admin Assistant to support our construction site operations. The role involves administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth daily operations of the site. This is a site-based role; candidates must be able to work at construction site offices.

• Maintain and submit employee attendance records every two weeks.
• Record and track engineers’ daily construction progress.
• Prepare, edit, and manage company presentations (PPT), documents, and reports.
• Assist with translation work between English and Mandarin.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.

• Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Previous administrative or site experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
