Program Manager (High-Visibility Initiative)

We are actively recruiting for a Program Manager to drive a critical, cross‑functional compensation initiative with a premier enterprise client.

• 4 to 8 years of proven Program/Project Management experience
• Prior experience at a Big 4 or major consulting firm
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and requirements‑gathering abilities
• Basic understanding of End‑to‑End (E2E) compensation processes; M&A experience is a massive plus

• Build, own, and maintain comprehensive project plans to track milestones and dependencies
• Lead cross‑functional meetings, drive discussions, and ensure alignment across HR, Engineering, and compensation SMEs
• Proactively identify risks, navigate challenges, and drive mitigation strategies
• Document technical/business requirements, process flows, and decision logs

• Location:
  
  Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days/week in‑office, including Monday)
• Schedule:
  
  Standard EST working hours
• Growth:
  Contract role with strong potential for extension or conversion to full‑time
