Job Title:

Retirement Funds Processing Specialist

Location:

Ottawa, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: 9 months contract (with possibility of extension/conversion)

The successful candidate will receive requests through Salesforce from financial partners, manage Registered Retirement Plans in accordance with CRA guidelines, ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and tax deductions, and process withdrawals related to retirement funds.

• Receive requests through Salesforce from financial partners.
• Manage Registered Retirement Plans in accordance with CRA guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and tax deduction requirements.
• Process withdrawals related to retirement funds.
• Review and process requests accurately and within established timelines.
• Work closely with internal partners to support operational requirements.

• 2–4 years of banking or financial institution experience.
• Proficiency with MS 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Compliance background.

• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective prioritization skills.
• Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn and navigate systems efficiently.
• Team player with solid collaboration skills.

• Experience working with Salesforce.
• Prior experience with RRSP funds and processing withdrawals.
• Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification.
