As an Account Administrator, you will directly influence client financial well-being by overseeing their retirement and savings plans. This position involves working alongside various teams, ensuring compliance within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will gain valuable experience and expand your skill set in financial administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer daily transactions for registered investment products
• Ensure compliance during RRSP to RRIF rollovers
• Monitor payment issues through Low Units and NSF reports
• Maintain investment records and assist in selections
• Address time-sensitive inbox requests efficiently
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in Canadian registered investment products
• Required post-secondary education completion
• Knowledge of CRA rules for retirement plans
• Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
