In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for members, handling transactions and providing creative solutions to account concerns. Your skills will contribute significantly to the branch's growth objectives while using your problem-solving abilities to exceed member expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer exceptional member service with prompt support
• Execute cash and non-cash banking transactions
• Actively promote Servus products to increase referrals
• Address routine account issues and maintain security
• Assist in opening/closing branch operations
Requirements:
• Minimum one year in a related customer service role
• Knowledge of sales dynamics is an asset
• Completion of Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and financial literacy
• Competency in handling data gracefully
