Become a Tax Expert with FBC in Grande Prairie, AB, focusing on delivering customized tax solutions in a hybrid role. This full-time position includes essential travel to client sites.

FBC is seeking a dedicated Tax Advisor & Preparer to engage with Members and define effective tax strategies. In this role, you will work collaboratively to provide comprehensive support services, while ensuring tax obligations are met efficiently. You are crucial in guiding Members through complex tax issues, strengthening their financial framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver thorough tax advice tailored for Members' needs

• Cultivate long-term relationships through strong client engagement

• Connect Members with specialists across FBC’s network

• Attend community events to bolster FBC’s visibility

• Keep detailed records of services provided and interactions

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in tax preparation or accounting

• Familiarity with Taxprep and Xero software

• Experience with corporate and small business tax returns

• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills

• Proven capacity to manage various priorities and deadlines
