Overview

Restaurant Manager – Embrace the Mountain Lifestyle in Jasper, Alberta. You will lead the INN Grill at Jasper Inn & Suites, a dining destination within Jasper National Park, delivering hospitality excellence in a mountain setting.

• Leadership & Team Building:
  Inspire, coach, and empower your team; recruit, onboard, and train service staff; cultivate a high-performance culture that celebrates success.
• Guest Experience Excellence:
  Be a visible, engaging presence; greet guests, visit tables, ensure satisfaction, and handle guest concerns with professionalism and warmth.
• Operational Oversight:
  Manage day-to-day restaurant and banquet operations with the Sales Manager and Head Chef; ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Financial & Strategic Management:
  Manage budgets, labour schedules, and inventory; achieve liquor cost and labour targets while maximizing revenue; contribute to marketing strategies, promotions, and events.
• Online & Community Engagement:
  Partner with marketing to build buzz, manage online reputation, and foster relationships with local organizations and suppliers.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in restaurant or hotel F&B management (3-star or higher).
• Strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge;
  Pro Serve certification preferred.
• Natural leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences; experience with POS systems and Microsoft Excel.
