Location:

Jasper, AB. Full‑time position, starting salary $60,000 a year.

• Lead daily operations across all outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient, and polished service.
• Be a visible leader on the floor, guiding and supporting the team during busy service periods.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistency and flow between kitchen and service.
• Oversee staffing levels, scheduling, and labor budgets to meet operational needs.
• Support banquets and special events, ensuring flawless execution.
• Build, train, and inspire a front‑of‑house team that embodies The Post’s high standards.
• Engage with guests, gather feedback, and elevate the overall dining experience.
• Partner with leadership to meet financial goals through strong cost control and service excellence.

• Proven leadership experience in food & beverage management, ideally within a luxury or fine dining setting.
• Guest‑first mindset and passion for exceptional service.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, staffing, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you lead by example.
• Familiarity with Opera, Squirrel, Open Table, or Tripleseat is an asset.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
