Sales Professional - Mighty Peace Harley-Davidson

Are you passionate about motorcycles, people, and performance? We’re looking for a motivated Sales Professional to join our Harley-Davidson team and help deliver an exceptional ownership experience to our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Sell new and pre-owned Harley-Davidson motorcycles
  • Greet, qualify, and guide customers through the full purchase process
  • Conduct professional walkarounds and product presentations
  • Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer communication using CRM tools
  • Work closely with Finance, Parts, and Motor Clothes departments
  • Participate in dealership events, open houses, and rides
  • Deliver a premium ownership experience from first contact to delivery
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to follow a structured sales process
  • Comfortable with phone, text, email, and CRM systems
  • Team-oriented mindset with accountability
  • Motorcycle or powersports experience is an asset, but not required
