This role will be within the
Auto Sync
team. Auto Sync supports over 3,500 dealerships nationwide, delivering cutting-edge software tools to simplify operations, boost marketing, and drive sales.
We are looking for a high-performing Matador
AI Account Executive
to drive revenue growth in the automotive sector. This role focuses on selling AI-powered solutions to dealerships and dealer groups, helping them improve sales performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
You will own the full sales cycle, act as a trusted advisor to automotive decision-makers, and translate AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
Sell AI-driven solutions(e.g. conversational AI, lead management, broadcast) to automotive clients
Build strong relationships with dealer principals, general managers, sales directors, and stakeholders
Identify customer pain points and position AI solutions that drive measurable ROI
Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
Deliver compelling product demos and value-based proposals
Forecast accurately and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
Stay current on automotive industry trends and emerging AI technologies
Required Qualifications1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in automotive, SaaS or AI
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
Experience selling to automotive dealerships, dealer groups, or automotive service providers
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple, business-focused language
CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar)
Preferred QualificationsExperience selling AI, automation, CRM, or data-driven platforms
Automotive industry knowledge (retail automotive, OEMs, marketplaces, mobility tech)
Experience with mid-market or enterprise automotive accounts

The
base salary range for this position is CAD $75k – $80k.
This range reflects the expected compensation at the time of posting. The final offer may vary and can be higher based on relevant skills, experience, location, and market conditions. This role also includes a sales plan (OTE) and may include benefits and other employee offerings.
