As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey—online, over the phone, and in person. Using strong communication and relationship-building skills, you’ll help customers select the right vehicle, negotiate terms that fit their lifestyle and budget, and deliver an exceptional buying experience.

What Drives Your Day-to-Day
Greet and assist customers in the showroom while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment
Act as a subject-matter expert on new and used vehicles, financing options, and application processes
Build rapport with customers and guide them through vehicle selection and payment negotiations
Present vehicles through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughs
Maintain accurate customer records to drive repeat and referral business
Proactively follow up with prospects via phone and email to maintain a full appointment calendar
Leverage negotiation skills while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Follow dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and required training programs
Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership
Must be 18 years of age or older (insurance requirement)
Valid provincial driver’s license with acceptable driver’s abstract
Authorized documentation to work in Canada
Ability to pass a pre-employment background and MVR screening
Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
3+ years of customer-facing experience required (sales, retail, marketing, or customer service preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Competitive drive, resilience, consistency, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to meet physical demands of the role
