  • Your Area of Focus
    As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey—online, over the phone, and in person. Using strong communication and relationship-building skills, you’ll help customers select the right vehicle, negotiate terms that fit their lifestyle and budget, and deliver an exceptional buying experience.

    What Drives Your Day-to-Day
  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment

  • Act as a subject-matter expert on new and used vehicles, financing options, and application processes

  • Build rapport with customers and guide them through vehicle selection and payment negotiations

  • Present vehicles through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughs

  • Maintain accurate customer records to drive repeat and referral business

  • Proactively follow up with prospects via phone and email to maintain a full appointment calendar

  • Leverage negotiation skills while ensuring high customer satisfaction

  • Follow dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and required training programs

  • Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership

  • What Are the Must-Haves
  • Must be 18 years of age or older (insurance requirement)

  • Valid provincial driver’s license with acceptable driver’s abstract

  • Authorized documentation to work in Canada

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background and MVR screening

  • Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience required (sales, retail, marketing, or customer service preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Competitive drive, resilience, consistency, and goal-oriented mindset

  • Ability to meet physical demands of the role
