As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a key role in supporting in the Customer Service Team by preparing timely and accurate quotations, tender submissions, and administrative documentation. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and processing sales quotations, proposals, and service maintenance report
• Assisting with tender documentation and submissions
• Managing and updating CRM records, price lists, and sales documentation
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, meeting arrangements, and customer follow-ups
• Monitoring tender portals for relevant opportunities

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, tender coordination, or administrative roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and document formatting
• Strong communication skills and good team player
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tenders/quotations simultaneously
• Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility
