Key Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, follow‑up, and closing

Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline using CRM tools and outreach strategies

Deliver a consultative buying experience by understanding customer needs and matching them with suitable vehicle and financing options

Conduct product presentations, test drives, and dealership walk‑throughs

Collaborate with Finance, Service, and Parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business

Meet and exceed individual performance and sales targets

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role (sales, retail, or similar environments preferred)

Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and close effectively

Self‑motivation, resilience, and a results‑driven mindset

Comfort working in a fast‑paced, performance‑based environment

Ability to learn and adapt to digital tools and CRM systems

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s abstract

AMVIC license or willingness to obtain upon hire

Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends

High school diploma or equivalent (post‑secondary education is an asset)

Must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass a background and MVR check

Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching
