As a Territory Manager at Halter, you'll be essential to our growth in the Alberta region.
Your role will focus on building customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and achieving ambitious growth targets. Your expertise in ranching or cattle operations will allow you to connect meaningfully with ranchers, ensuring they see the full value of our virtual fencing technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive prospecting efforts at cattle events and local associations
• Conduct in-field sales meetings with potential customers
• Expand opportunities within existing customer accounts
• Manage and qualify a robust sales pipeline
• Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale and during onboarding
Requirements:
• Proven track record in sales and customer success
• Strong knowledge of ranching and cattle operations
• Experience managing a large territory
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within your territory
